To ensure the best availability of our collections, your order is dispatched directly from our international warehouse. Wherever you are in the GCC — United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, or other Gulf markets we serve — your shipment is sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms: we take care of all customs and import requirements before your order leaves our facility.

✅ What This Means for You

• No surprise charges on delivery. Any applicable VAT or customs duties for your country are calculated and settled by Nuréa in advance.
• No paperwork on your end. The courier will hand over your order without requesting any payment or customs documents from you.
• The checkout price is final, except for any additional costs clearly disclosed before you confirm your order.

🌍 A Note on Cross-Border Shipping in the GCC

Import regulations, VAT rates, and duty thresholds vary by country across the Gulf region. Because we ship under DDP terms, you don't need to worry about these differences — we manage compliance for each destination on your behalf, regardless of where in the GCC your order is delivered.

⚠️ In Rare Cases

Occasionally, a shipment may be selected for additional customs inspection independent of our DDP arrangement. If this happens, our team will resolve it directly with the courier — you will not need to make any payment yourself. If a courier ever asks you for payment on delivery, please contact us immediately and we'll take care of it.
